Dear Twicwood Homeowner’s,
Welcome to all new neighbors and greeting
s to our long time neighbors!
My deepest apologies for not having
our annual meeting in the Fall of 2010. I had been spending time with my terminally ill father and did not have the time nor
energy to hold the meeting. That being said I would like to kick start our Twicwood Homeowner’s Association with an
annual meeting in September.
Our Annual Twicwood Homeowner’s
Association meeting will be held at Pizzeria Uno’s the second or third week in September. I would like to invite a special
guest speaker. If anyone has any suggestions for a guest speaker please call me at 798-4396. At this meeting we will be nominating board members. If anyone is interested in becoming a president, vice
president, or secretary please bring your nominations to the meeting. I would like to be replaced as President of THA but
will continue to volunteer and support the new board. We also have several committees that need volunteers.
We have many new neighbors and many
new young families in our neighborhood. This October will be the opportune time to meet them by having a neighborhood gathering
at a local park. If interested in organizing this gathering please call me now.
I have enclosed an annual THA membership
form and a typed copy of the by-laws. Our association is a volunteer based association. The by-laws come attached to your
house deed. All neighbors on Twicwood, Cedarwood, Maplewood and Greenwood must adhere to the by-laws attached with your deed
whether the homeowner(s) is a member or not a member of the homeowners association.
The
primary purpose of the association and the by-laws is to protect and preserve the value of the privately and commonly used
property in our neighborhood even in a declining market as we are currently in. New neighbors please take this
time to become familiar with the by-laws and please adhere to them.
Information on events, membership, association
and neighbors can be viewed on our THA website at http://twicwoodhomeowners.tripod.com/
Sincerely
Kristin Ricciardelli
